Trivia: During the early 20th century Hungarian book publishing was in a crisis due to decreasing sales. As a solution the first Book Day was held in 1928. On this day every store and publisher gave a 10% off on every Hungarian book. After the initial success the Book Day quickly grew itself into a Book Week and is held to this day.
